School renovation in the Korogocho slum of Nairobi

With financial support from Hungary Helps, we renovated Saint Claire Primary School in the Korogocho slum of Nairobi, Kenya. The school, run by the Franciscan Missionary Sisters, is co-educational and serves a total of 525  Muslims and Christian children. The project aims to provide quality education and a decent environment for students living in extreme poverty for whom learning is the only way out.
